A few weeks ago David Archuleta was voted the most fashionable male American Idol by readers of Men's Fashion Deals (and some very loyal fans). Today we are featuring David in a celebrity look feature. His look at the recent ALMA awards was spot on. Archuleta pulled of a great slim fitting suit with a bit of shine, layered it with a grey v-neck sweater, and a super skinny black tie. This is a great look. Men's skinny ties are all the rage right now as they should be. David pulls it off nicely. The hint of shine in the suit is great as well. David Archuleta proved why he is the best male pop singer in the business today with his stunning performance at the ALMA award show . Wow, just wow. He also rocked this look on the red carpet. He looks great in these kind of suits, and his taste is very understated, very classy.

A beauty - the suit, and the singer wearing the suit... David is working this look something firce. He has a Christmas cd due out on 10/13... he's rumored to be singing one song in Spanish, and one in French on it... I think I'll be buying a Christmas cd for the first time in years... if anyone can make Christmas tunes sexy and fashionable, he can.
david was stunning and did an amazing performance at the ALMA's. i am so excited for his Christmas album on Oct 13. with his awesome vocals it should be one of the best. can't wait for the tour schedule to be posted as well. there's no one better performing live.

Oh My! David looked so handsome at the ALMA awards show...I was not only mesmerized by his stunning performance, but also by how stunning he looked in that black suit (my favorite color on David). I was touched by his connection to the audience..something that David goes out of his way to do..how special is that!?! David puts his heart & soul into every performance...never holds back. I'm so proud to be one of David's "Angels"...I love the way he takes us with him wherever he goes when he sings. Thank you, David...way to go! SHINE ON!
I would love to see David (again) in his Idol finale look ~ a black tux with simple v-neck white t-shirt underneath! WHOA!!!! Looks STUNNING on him!!!! (And the hair a little spiked and longer. Can I be his stylist? I'll do it for FREE!)
David looked very handsome at the ALMAs. It was nice to see the dressed up side of David. Black is perfect on him. Great to see dress shoes! A fitted suit suits him well!
I thought he looked amazing at the ALMA's... kudos to his stylist! What a step up from the Liberace suit he wore on the Idol tour last year and while this one yes is shiny too it does it with with class not sequins!
David certainly stood out in his dressy attire for the Alma Awards. And his performance was magnificent! I am so looking forward to his Christmas Album release. His voice will soar singing the tradional Christmas songs we all love. What a marvelous human being, role model and singer David is.

oh this is cool! so when david wears something really nice and we all go scrambling trying to find it, you've already got it all down. i never would have thought of express for dress shirts but that's a good price and the shirts are very well fitting as well as the cool skinny tie. now i want to go shopping and spend a bunch of money i don't have. lol

David looked incredible in this suit! The sweater was a nice touch. It popped and made David stand out from the rest, but still looked very classy. It was in keeping with David's overall sense of style. Take a classic outfit and add one item that makes it stand out and shine above the rest! Oh and his performance with this suit on was stunning. David looked perfect in this outfit. The shine in the suit and the spot of color from the gray sweater was the perfect choice for his performance on the dark lit stage at the ALMAs. I am thinking the stylist took the performance in mind when choosing this outfit as David really popped out on the stage. GOOD JOB! (and drop dead amazing performance!!)
p.s. my 19y old son has to attend a fancy event. He saw David's outfit and is going to wear something similar now!! My son also started to wear nice button down plaid shirts after David started wearing them. David is indeed a fashion trend-setter! That is why he deserved to win this poll!

David's understated and elegant style suits him so well. Whenever I see a photo of David I always notice him first and then the outfit, which is the way it should be. The only exception to this was that awful shiny suit he was forced to wear on the Idol tour, one which he did not select but was chosen for him by a paid stylist. It is so clear by comparison that David has the superior fashion sense. In fashion as in music, I say, "Trust The Archuleta!"

Not only did David look stunning at the ALMA's, he also looked classy when he sang at the US Open on September 13th. He had a Ralph Lauren outfit on. Another outfit he looked great in is his is picture for his new Christmas cd. He wears jeans, a sweater (I think) and a beautiful scarf. All I can say is David dresses classy, elegant, simply, appropriate for the event and always looks gorgeous! Because of his infectious smile and twinkle in his eyes, he makes any outfit look good!!!!!
