As crazy as it sounds ... it's true! The suits act like a SPF 6 (allowing most rays right through). The fabric tends to be a bit thinner than most swimwear, but it's really not too noticeable. The suits are machine washable and quick drying. There are also a variety of tan through shirts, but I would probably steer clear. They are not exactly the best looking shirts on the market.
